📦 Shipping Policy

Shipping Within Canada

Return Window & Fees

  • Condition: Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received. Photos from our original authentication files will be used to verify the item’s state.
  • Inclusions: All original designer dust bags, boxes, authenticity cards, and tags must be included.
How to Start a Return
  1. Email our team at [your-email@store.com] with your order number and photo proof of the intact security tag.
  2. Once approved, we will email you a insured return shipping label.
  3. Securely pack the item and drop it off at the designated carrier within [3 days] of approval.
  4. Note: The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund.
Refunds
